"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. "It was clean and a nice place to stay. The balcony overlooks the ocean but you're on a hill. It was easy to find and everything was available. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."
