The pool view from our room was great. The room was spacious and clean. There’s a supermarket n bus stop nearby, easy access to public transportation. They don’t provide coffee in the room n body lotion tho. The staff are friendly n helpful. Breakfast options are not too bad. Recommended.

The bedroom was a very good size. The facilities were good, especially the Onsen and the staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very generous and the food in the restaurant was plentiful and of a very good standard The corridor was very shabby and had an unpleasant smell! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I read about bad reviews on service but did not experience that at all. In fact, the staff at reception made check-in seamless for us even though we could not understand or speak Japanese. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. Our only gripe was the outdoor parking (think the indoor parking was full) as we had to walk in the rain.

Lovely hotel

We very much enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautiful and is in a great area. We were disappointed with hotel.com not showing our room was in another area of the hotel. The room was still lovely but was a little bit of a walk to get to from the main lobby. They have a 7 eleven in the hotel and a little boutique which both were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. I can't remember the young man's name at the front desk but we called him Winnipeg. Great service and he was so kind to explain everything.

Years ago the Loisier hotel had a reputation as a 5 star facility. Located adjacent to a shipping port the property is dated. We found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. The staff, when available is polite and helpful. We did not use any of the amenities except for the 7-11 convenience store on the lobby level.

The hotel is starting to look a little rundown. The air was really dry and smelled odd. My while family ended up sick after staying here. There are only 3 microwaves in the entire hotel and the staff is pretty unfriendly about breakfast. The pool isn't heated and was quite cold. You can't swim for 10 minutes every hour for "safety checks" and you can only sit in some if the chairs on the deck, but it's not clear which ones. The parking staff and incredibly kind and sweet.

Overall not bad, I and my husband are busy exploring Okinawa, we did not use the hotel facilities until the last day when we do not have a car. We use the indoor swimming pool and Are happy with it . But there isn’t must option on restaurant. I see some are not open like Chinese food. I eat at the hotel breakfast every morning but are the same everyday until the last day I saw that we are able to change to streak but too late.

We liked our stay so much the first time (July 2023), we stayed there again (July 2025). All staff personnel are friendly, courteous and so helpful!! The rooms we’ve stayed in were always clean and turn down service (fresh towels, trash removed and beds made) was excellent. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast - absolutely delicious!! Everything tasted fresh and loved all the options available. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Loisir Hotel is excellent!!
