The Omni does not disappoint. My husband and I enjoyed our time during Valentine’s Day and they made it extra special with an incredible view of the city. The room had a picture desk window showing the downtown skyline lit up just for him and I. We were on the 15th floor and that was an excellent for viewing Everything. The staff were wonderful. The bartender at Bob’s name is Spencer and he was superb! Highly recommend eating at Bob’s for steak and seafood.

We arrived at 4:30 pm to check in. There were four lines of about 50' deep of customers trying to check in. After standing in line for over 30 minutes, we were told that our room wasn't ready. We retired to the bar and waited until 6:40 to get into our room. We were there for a Gala that started at 5:30 happy hour, with a 7:00 Dinner. We didn't arrive to the event until 7:10. Elevators had lines of over 100 feet long. It was ridiculous, and unpleasant.

Across the street from Paycom arena; beautiful hotel and friendly staff; The only downside was there was a cheer competition at the convention center next door with families staying at the hotel, so we encountered a very loud arrival with many kids running around the lobby area. We were expecting an upscale ambience and were looking forward to unwinding at the bar, but it was a loud circus. Other than that, we loved it! We hope to stay at an Omni again.

Would never stay here again. Self-parking not connected to the hotel, so you have to traipse across 3 city blocks to get to the hotel from the parking garage. We arrive at 4:15pm, and or room was supposed to be ready, but it was not ready until after 6:00pm. Staff unfriendly or welcoming and seem disinterested in our complaints.
