Good house
House is good. Well kept and well stocked. Has all the things you need. Beds comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot tub is really nice. Glad they keep pool open because it was a warm October and nice for the kids to enjoy.

Won’t stay again.
This property has 1 bathroom. Got here and had a family event, but within 2 hours of being there had neighbors calling the host stating we were being too loud at 6:30 pm.. when there was only 4 of us there… don’t recommend if you havea speaking voice that is naturally above a whisper.

Great getaway!
Great place for our weekend getaway! We took our kids and grandkids. Everyone had a great time! Spent most of our time in the backyard in the pool and hot tub. Loved just sitting out there watching our kids have a blast. We appreciated the big dining table so we could all sit around it for meals and game time. The house was cute and more spacious than we thought. Check in was easy and host was gracious and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Great rental property
This was a great property for a great price. Nice neighborhood conveniently located near everything. We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub especially in the mornings and evenings. Lisa is a great host and she worked around our flight times for check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in OKC.

Good place
The hot tub was the highlight and it was pretty nice more furnished with cups plates cooking items than other places we have stayed. There were carpet tacks that were rather annoying but cute and decent. I was told by a friend that lives in the area it was not the greatest neighborhood but nothing crazy or bad happened and they worked with us when we wanted to stay a day later and check out at a later time overall pretty awesome.

The property was accurately described in the listing. The nightly rate was reasonable and fair, but after fees and insurance were added, the total cost was pricier than I would have liked. Still, the stay was comfortable and fulfilled our needs. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. No complaints.

Overall this is a decent place to stay if this is the area you’re visiting. The house was clean, however I feel like the carpet is worth mentioning. If you’re staying with adults or older kids that can wear shoes or slippers it’s fine. But the carpet is old and was even a little sticky. We also stepped on some carpet tacks. I would not recommend this stay if you have a crawling baby or young exploring toddler because of the carpet. The rest of the house was clean and the hot tub was nice. I was happy with the stay for the price range.

Screwed out of deposit for having 6+ people
The house is okay. You get what you pay for. What you don't expected to not receive your deposit for simply having 6+ people. It read like if you leave the house in reasonable condition all would be well. Don't stay here if you expected to get a deposit back.

Nice back yard and dog friendly
This home has a beautiful backyard, wifi, and TV worked great. Wonderful laundry room with good working washer and dryer. Plenty of room for our family of 4, with a very nice living area and large TV. My kids enjoyed swimming on the warm days that we stayed. The pool is not heated but was fine with warm weather. The jacuzzi was in good working order and fun. The bedding and mattresses were not high-end but were clean and functional. There is a lot of carpet in this home but it appeared very clean. The yard front and back are very well maintained. There is a dispensary you can see behind the yard which was not a big deal for us. They are on every corner in Oklahoma City so it is not something you can avoid. I liked the security camera, I could check that my car was ok without going outside. We wondered if this house had a basement during tornado warnings but, the house has newer windows and was quiet inside during two storms. They had lots of extra towels, blankets, and linen available. The location is easy to get to the airport. The surrounding areas had some roughness but the home is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Do Not Stay at this Property
We arrived late in the evening after a long day of traveling. The neighborhood was not the greatest and police cars were all over the area between the airport and the house. When we entered the house, we immediately smelled marijuana, strongest in the master bedroom. The house was very old and rundown feeling, the carpet in the entry was very old shag. We did not feel comfortable or safe, so we quickly looked for other options and found a hotel. It was late but I emailed the host about our findings and that we were leaving immediately. She did not respond at all. Later the next day, I tried again. I asked about a refund since we were uncomfortable staying there and her response was the refund policy is on the website, which is basically no refunds. Do yourself a favor and don't rent this house, we will continue to work to get our money back but don't take the chance on this place.

Very disappointed, pool was green and unusable when we arrived, owner would not refund our money.
We conversed with the owner via email many times before our arrival in regards to the house and pool. The owner was aware we were staying there because of the private pool. One hour before we arrived the owner emailed stating they would be there that evening to mow and that the pool water was not up to par. When we arrived the pool was green with algae making it unusable. We immediately called the owner and left a voice message with the call not being returned. We waited for a response from the owner, after 30 minutes we went and stayed at a near hotel. Owner sent us an email a few hours later refusing a refund and directed us to call vrbo. Owner also noted they would not refund us since we did not give them sufficient time to fix the green pool. The pool (which is why we chose this property) would not be fixed back to a state of what is shown in their advertised pictures within a day. The following day the owner sent new pictures of the pool with the water in a better state but was still green. We would not of written a bad review (because sometimes things happen) however the refusal to refund our money when the owner was aware the property did not meet the standards advertised warrants this review for everyone to see. If this review would allow it we would post the pictures of the pool here and everyone would fully understand the reason for us going to a hotel.
