"Overall the staff and property are wonderful. The pools could be cleaned a bit more but we enjoyed the lagoon and paddle boarding. Food options were not great, portions were small and often the descriptions did not match the meals. I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Overall recommend anyone to this resort."

"I’d highly recommend Holiday Inn for the sheer hospitality of their staff. After a disappointing stay at another property, STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN WAS A DELIGHTFUL CHANGE! We attended their New Year’s Eve party as well, and my only complaint is that the liquor was not worth the price we paid… but that’s a minor inconvenience, compared to the food, festivities and the ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT STAFF HOSPITALITY!"

"The hotel staff were all friendly and hospitable. Although we pre-requested a king deluxe room, there was no availability and had to settle for two twin beds. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable. The rooms did feel a bit outdated. The pool was decent sized and the gym was a bit small with lack of sequent equipment. "As expected for a hotel close to the airport. Clean, staff were friendly and helped arrange a ride to Maya Port (Vincent was a great driver). Room right beside the pool so no privacy if we wanted to open windows. Food options at on site restaurant were fair if not a bit pricey for dinner (we waited a loong time but given they had another 2 large parties dining). Overall would stay again if in the area."
