"This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The studio was adorable and tastefully decorated ~ appeared to be new and excellent condition....

"Was only there for one night but it was comfortable and decent. The property was under construction at the time so it was a bit of a mess around the outside. The inside was not the cleanest I have ever seen but it was not too bad."

"We loved our stay in this lovely little beach rental. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - mere steps to the beach and an easy 20-minute walk to Siesta Key village. The rental seemed brand new- everything was clean and in perfect condition. We had everything we needed to enjoy a 4-night stay from towels to beach chairs to an umbrella, comfortable beds, and even a nespresso machine! "Everything was as expected with the property - however, there was no communication about the cleanup and construction going on all around - I know it was out of your control with the hurricane damage, but I would say that we overpayed for the condition of the area.Lisa did a very good job with communication and the checkin process - Thanks "

"This is the place to stay in Siesta key! Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was delightful, and we will be back!"

"This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The studio was adorable and tastefully decorated ~ appeared to be new and excellent condition. It was about a 4 mile walk down the gorgeous beach to Siesta Key Village, where we found a few decent restaurants. Not too impressed with the “village”. Other than that, there are no nice restaurants within walking distance that we found but the trolley stop is just across the street. There is a pizza place across the street as well as a breakfast place so we did grab some takeout . No ambience and either of them but Turtles Restaurant on Sarasota Bay was a quick five minute drive away and that was fantastic! We will definitely return after repairs are completed. Loved the beach! Thanks for a lovely stay. "
