"Overall my family and I had a fabulous holiday at Fort Shelley. Before booking Andrez was very efficient and accommodative with all my queries. Once at the property Nair and Shaneka looked after us splendidly. Whilst I loved waking up to the sun rising, some of my keener sleepers in the group would have loved the opportunity to have blackouts on windows and door to balcony. "Grounds and pool are week kept. Quiet. All staff are friendly and courteous which spills over to the guests .Can walk down to the beach which is about 10 minutes but uphill to come back. Okay if you are in shape. Like most places in Antigua , sidewalks are not the norm but you can navigate just like the locals. Each cottage is spacious with a roomy loft . Nice and bright. Some restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. Fine Italian restaurant is across the street and another fine...

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. "If you want a beautifully landscaped accommodation with direct access to the beach for a truly relaxing time away from home, this is it. The living room/kitchen, bath and bedroom are neat and clean. All employees are very friendly and helpful. The large pool is maintained regularly and so are the grounds. There are also nice restaurants just steps away on the beach.Our only disappointment was that we planned to use the grill one night to make dinner but it would not work despite Edwin's attempts...

"Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. "I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. "When we first got there, our room key didn’t work. It took 30 min for someone to work the computer system at the door in order to fix it. We were hungry and thirsty standing at our hotel room with our luggage in hand. That’s unacceptable!"

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."
