"It’s a decent hotel with very friendly staff, and the breakfasts are wonderful. The selection is huge. On the downside, there is only one coffee machine, and the staff makes coffee specifically for you. The staff also guides you and shows you around, but I didn't quite understand the principle behind choosing places over a few days. Regarding the room, it's clean and spacious. However, while some rooms have a coffee machine, others may not. Similarly, some have a bathtub while others have a shower. The ones with bathtubs seem to have been renovated 5-10 years ago. But the most important thing they need to change is the light-colored cut-out room number signs in the corridors that are attached to light walls. You have to get close to see the direction. Overall, though, it's a very good hotel with a great location. There's underground parking and a wonderful pool. It’s worth the money."

"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries."

"Property is in perfect spot, you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and bars around, different transport options and staff was excellent. Hotal is in the center of old town so taxis are not coming directly to the hotel, you need to walk about 150 m to the property and there is no lifts as hotel is located in 500 year old building. "
