Fiquei decepcionada com o Hotel
Fiz meu check in no domingo, na 2ª feira, começou uma obra terrível das 14:00 às 16:00 (tive a impressão que só parou pelo horário), reclamei várias vezes por telefone, fui na recepção e ninguém sabia da dita obra (muita falta de comunicação entre os funcionários), e por fim não deram retorno de NADA!!!! Na quinta cai na frente do elevador do andar que eu estava (11°), chão molhado do teto, fiquei machucada no cotovelo, pés e minha coxa após mais 1 dia, ficou roxa, no dia seguinte após a queda, “ofereceram” gelo. Achei pessoal sem preparo, para acidentes. Inclusive o chão do restaurante estava bastante molhado, ninguém viu, chamei alguém para limpar, preferiram colocar placa de “molhado” do que limpar, hotel com bastante idosos e crianças! Estrutura do hotel é boa, café da manhã com bastante variedades de bolos, pães, sucos, doces, frutas, frios e cafés! (Café da manhã excelente). Jantar ou almoço achei caro, R$ 95,00 por pessoa, comida é até boa, mas não vale o valor, sugiro que faça reserva com meia pensão ou pensão completa.

Gostamos do local, mas a limpeza não foi agradável, nos 3 dias que ficamos ninguém fez limpeza, exceto o fato do meu esposo ter ficado doente e tivemos que pedir a limpeza diretamente na recepção, no dia seguinte pedimos novamente porque meu esposo estava com problemas intestinais e ninguém foi limpar, estava insalubre, não e uma hospedagem tão barata pra receber esse tipo de tratamento. A estrutura do local é muito boa, a comida do hotel é saborosa, mas o café da manhã era simples demais, porém almoço e janta muita variedade.

Hotel bem organizado e com atendimento excelente! Suite master bem espaçosa para a familia. A pia estava sem sabonete e demoraram um dia para repor. No outro dia esqueceram o piso e toalhas e nao repuseram papel higiênico! Restaurante do hotel bem caro para poucas opções oferecidas de almoço e jantar. Saimos para jantar na cidade todos os dias.
