"This is a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a super host, in Maria, who was helpful and attentive. Great location close to the excellent beach, with parking close by and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. With plenty of living space and the two bathrooms it was great for our family of four and would easily accommodate seven. With a car, it’s a short drive to larger shops in Gandia and Oliva town. Overall highly recommended."

"2 bedroom apartment with modern well equipped kitchen. Well located for the commercial centre where you have bars and restaurants - 5 minutes on foot. The pool is great - nice temperature. The only thing which would improve the property rental would be access to WiFi. All in all a very pleasant stay, and the owner was accessible for any queries. Thanks Raul!"

"We stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Sevilla 7 building. The apartment was lovely, clean, bright and well equipped, on the ground floor with the swimming pool just a few steps away. The adjoining car park had sun shelters and secure access. The beach was a short walk away and the sports centre, commercial centre and hotel complex was a short drive (or you could use the land train). "
