"Good basic place to stay. Water takes 5 minutes to get hot enough to shower, shame to see such water waste. TV continuously ‘updates listing’ and resets back to hotel start screen. So you can’t watch anything without being annoyed. Everything in room seemed in good order and relatively new."

"Great place for kids and families. Spacious rooms and great pool/waterpark. Text options for assistance and check out is amazing and convenient. Lots of costs to do additional things (mini golf, bowling, etc) and expensive for what it is. Eg. A cabana is $150 inside and $75 outside. Mandatory $15 per day parking to keep in mind too. "

"This is a nice hotel near the airport. Clean, friendly service. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juice. Spacious clean rooms, bed is comfy, pillows ok. "

"The room was magnificent. It's a beautiful 40 acre property in Scottsdale. Everything was exceptional except a major issue with the cable tv service. Instead of paying $16 to watch a ppv movie, we tried to access the apps and watch our own. However, this property does not manage their own tv services. It's done by Cox. We were told by an employee that this has become a nightmare because all they can do is reboot the tv. We were told we had to contact Cox and that entire process was futile as nothing was fixed and the property did nothing to try and make this right."
