"My family enjoyed our single night stay tremendously, almost exclusively thanks to the wonderfully kind and helpful staff member on shift last night. She went above and beyond, truly. We had requested a roll away bed, and there's no elevator at this particular location, and no double rooms on the first floor. She was a very petite lady, and was going to carry the roll away bed up the stairs alone! Just for us! I insisted on helping, because i couldnt bare to watch her struggle it up the stairs alone, and with a little help it was quite easy for 2. She also ensured a smooth process when i requested a very late check out. She was absolutely top tier and made the whole ordeal of coming in at near 2am from way out of town with 3 kids so much easier and more comfortable. I'd stay here again and again, if only for the clean rooms and above and beyond customer care. "
