"The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."

"Cottage is a days drive from England in North Loire region so not as well known. We had plenty to do visiting historical sites, old villages and wine tasting!
