It's alright. We checked in late (11pm) and the reception was very helpful, though the kitchen was closed. Clean room, though twin beds instead of a double bed. The bar was quite loud in the night, not so good. In the morning the reception could only speak Polish and German. We were told where the breakfast was and the breakfast itself was very nice. But we were told the price and charged afterwards and it was a bit over our expectation.

Niedrogi, przeciętny hotel.

Z zewnątrz prezentuje się pięknie, w środku nic specjalnego, typowy hotel prowincjonalnej Polski. Bardzo nieprofesjonalna i niemiła obsługa, musiałem walczyć o uwzględnienie reklamacji. Łazienka jak w komunistycznym bloku z płyty. Bar zamykany o 22.

Good hotel in good price

Central location. Very helpfull and friendly Staff (receptionist, room service, bar staff&restaurant staff). Good price equals GOOD QUALITY. Will definetelly come back again soon. Tasty food in the restaurant. Tradicional taste of chicken stock soup and the other meals. Small Minuses: - WiFi on the very top floor working slow - Temperature in the room on the very top floor much lower than in the room from 1st floor

Polecam Hotel. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, pokój był czysty i schludny, śniadanie również było bardzo dobre a obsługa miła i pomocna. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację ok. 15 minut pieszo do rynku, swobodnie można zwiedzić najważniejsze miejsca w Olsztynie nie korzystając z komunikacji czy samochodu.

camera pulita, ordinata con un ampio bagno e una doccia veramente spaziosa e comoda. di giorno mangiavo in giro per la città invece le cene le abbiamo fatte nel ristorante dell'hotel. Cibo di qualità, raffinato e con porzioni abbondanti, servizio eccellente, consigliatissimo e prezzi

Eigen stijl en vriendelijk personeel

Villa Pallas heeft zowel buiten als binnen een eigen stijl. Die is een mengeling van art-deco, jugendstil en kitsch. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, in het restaurant werden we bediend door een ouderwets solide en beleefde ober. De kamer bood een mooi en bij ondergaande zon zelfs 'romantisch' uitzicht naar de grote kerk van Olsztyn. Het ontbijtbuffet is prima, alleen de begeleidende achtergrondmuziek is teveel op de voorgrond. Prijs:kwaliteit = prima.
