"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. "Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was always smiling, polite and kind. When asked where to go, they told us where to go, what to see. The room had a large terrace, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful, a large selection of food."

"The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo.
