"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid.
