"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The area is a little bit away from a main road but I didn’t mind. Instead, I appreciated how quiet things were. I never used them, but having vending machines on the property were very convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable but there were some issues I encountered. "Stinking plumbing toilet plungers on show on most levels. no balcony as booking. Menu in the rooms for what hotel could charge you if you did anything that the hotel didn’t like.(not just breakages) Terrible stench of toilet plumbing throughout the whole hotel. Given a family room, had one chair in room for whole family to share. Tired and old hotel, been given a lick of paint and an update. Isn’t worth the cost. "Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."
