Great spot!
My friend and I took our five kids to Omaha and this was the perfect place to stay for two (or more) families. There was plenty of room and the kids could play games (a nice selection is provided) downstairs while the adults visit upstairs. Location is convenient to everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The kids enjoyed the game area in the basement. The house was easy to find & very clean. We spent the day at the Omaha Zoo, then visited the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge afterwards. Beds were comfortable & the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our softball tournament team! We had 10 teenage girls who took over the lower level and had a blast! The house had everything we needed and was super clean! Nick is fast to reply to any messages and questions! Highly recommend!!

Short Getaway
The house was as expected and more. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out (4 adults, 3 kids). We even had a bedroom to spare! Nick was quick to respond, and of the instructions were clear and reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet, and you can't really beat the location if you are spending a lot of time on the east side of Omaha and downtown. Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient. Would stay again.

Great place for a large group or family!
We were pleasantly surprised with how much space this rental has to offer. It has plenty of beds and a large basement. I would say this property caters to families with smaller children. Downtown Omaha is literally minutes away! If you have a larger vehicle, you may have issues getting into and out of the driveway as there are a ton of cars parked in front of the house on both sides of the street. We were there over Christmas, so that may have had something to do with it. The hosts were very communicative. :)
