We had to pay for parking in their "secured lot" that was more like a construction site, even though there are signs saying they aren't responsible for any damages or lost property, so I'm not sure what you are paying for. Also in the morning the hot water in the shower went cold suddenly after only about 30 seconds. Had to wait for about an hour and then it was maybe room temperature.

My husband and I stayed overnight due to seeing a show near by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. They are in the midst of re model so some reconstruction going on. Appreciated the sign letting guests. The location was convenient and were able to park and walk where we needed to go last night. Thank you for a great stay.

So part is my fault I thought I was staying at the one closer to the airport. It was in renovation there was trash everywhere and furniture in the parking lot. And they make you pay for parking. I understand it’s probably more the location. The lady was friendly not friendly.

Motel under construction, it appears. Could hear next door. Again, have to pay $15 parking and again, $50 upfront for incindentals so you end up paying $65 more so no big yay on $$room costs that seems discounted. Note to self: book other than downtown Omaha. Rip off.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, and there were plenty of breakfast food options. The only negative I have is that the hot water ran out very quickly in the shower and I had to finish washing my hair in pure cold water.

There was a really nice breakfast bar. They were under construction during our stay so it was a little messy inside and outside and the pool was under maintenance so we didnt get to use it. The carpet in our room was very visibly stained and the tv had 4 dots on the screen making it difficult to watch tv. The staff was very welcoming and made it easy to check in and out. We had to pay to park in their parking lot. Not sure if that is common in this town.

Nice clean rooms. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and double pull put sofa, it was a very spacious and very clean updated room. You can tell housekeeping does a great job. Continental breakfast had a lot to choose from. Staff was all very nice. They are doing renovations in the hotel but that didn't affect the quality of our stay. Great hotel.
