Banyo tuvalet aynı yerde olması ve odadan içerisinin gözükmesi rahatsız edici bir durum.Ayrıca odaya ütü de yoktu,olsa güzel olurdu.Ama otelin konumu Eski Mardinde oluşu,Müzeye,çarşıya,Kiliseye 1 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde olması,Mardin’in o güzel taş sokaklarının içinde oluşu bizim rahatça...

"Odaya girdiğinizde o tarihin kokusunu alabilirsiniz. İlgi alakadan çok memnun kaldık, otel sahibi bizi çok iyi karşıladı çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız tertemizdi, klima var ama zaten oda aşırı sıcaklarda bile çok serin oluyor. Mardin ayaklarınızın altında, terasında kahvenizi keyifle için. "

"When I checked in expecting to be given a deluxe corner suite instead been given double room at the corner! I booked 2rooms the other was twin sharing floor 2 next to us as requested but my room was not Suite. I was very upset that's they wanted to cheat on me they think.Iam so stupid doesn't know the difference between the two after a lot of waiting and telling them will call expedia and as a Gold member they changed to room no 1006 that's was suite but by then all my mood has changed...

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

New hotel but some issues

"A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management. "
