I liked the property but check-in time was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasnt ready until 5:15pm. It disrupted our plans, plus we had less time to enjoy the room but still had to pay the same amount. I think we should have been given the opportunity to check out an hour late.

It is nice and the new rooms are clean and updated. Nice pool area. The casino wasn’t anything other than what you’d expect. Wait times at food places (plums) took a very long time. Staff overall on casino floor were friendly, front desk older lady who checked us in wasn’t the most welcoming to us as guests. The coffee place is nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our 14th anniversary on Valentine’s Day. It was wonderful thanks a lot. Will be going back. The hospitality was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Oh omg they have wonderful staff. The housekeeping was excellent. Yes, we will be coming back.

1) dining: food was horrible! Fiance got sick and v omited from broasted chicken that seemed deep fried and over cooked. Crab arrived cold with crab cracker until half way through still no fork or wet nap. 2) gambling was horrible! Out of four of us. No one won. Not even $100! 3) staff in Julie in VIP was the positive experience. She was professional and friendly. And tried to make our stay enjoyable. 4) room was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable.

The large/pre. Space more especially the bathroom and shower combined. Really organized but the housekeeping very rude can’t even knock the door. Checking out it’s 11am but 10am starts to disturbs

Was very clean, kept up, up to date, smelled good no cigarettes smell food was fantastic in dinning room restaurant. Only bummer we had was pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. And my app didnt say anything about that, we probably would have stayed somewhere with a pool

Everything was great, much better than the hinkley location. The only thing that was mildly annoying and inconvenient is on the website it says they still have the kids zone and when we got there they informed us that it’s been gone since Covid.

Everything was nice with room. Dining options were very limited. The service at Plums was not good. Cashier would not look up or greet us...2nd cashier asked for my husbands id even though we ordered 2 slices of pizza. No one else was having their ids looked at.

The nosiest room I've ever stayed in even in other casinos. The smoke detector had a blazing bright light that blinked and kept us up all night, plus the light coming in under the door needed to be blocked with a towel. The restaurant was gross, i felt sick all night after eating there.
