We especially enjoyed the garden with the chicken and the BBQ as well as made good use of the bicycles that are being provided. "In der super gemütlichen Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Lediglich einen Haartrockner mussten wir von zuhause mitbringen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! "

They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im schönen Städtchen Grou. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und besonders hat uns der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großer Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser gefallen. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert, für zwei Parteien sind die Schlafzimmer evtl. ein bisschen zu klein."

"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. Two bicycles are provided for use so I would hop on after dinner and explore the beautiful countryside. The property is spacious for two adults and very clean and comfortable. "I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff of the hotel made my stay very enjoyable. Easy to communicate and super friendly! Only thing that was tough was the hotel did not offer any face towels, or wash rags. They only had a a bath towel and what I assumed was a floor mat towel. But outside of that the stay was perfect! Would definitely stay in this hotel again "

"We checked into our room and it was so barebones it was unbelievable. The room was dark, the bedding looked very worn, and there were no pictures on the walls. It was stripped bare of everything. It was so bad we left the hotel and went to Sneek and stayed at another hotel. When we left we told the person at the reception desk we were leaving, and why, and they acted as if they could care less that weren't satisfied with the room. We would really like Orbitz to consider a refund to us as the hotel would do nothing."
