"Conveniently located for Efteling which we visited following our stay. Bright spacious room although this reduced when the pull out beds were out. Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant on site for dinner & breakfast. Only downside no bedside tables, just a rack for your phone or book but nowhere to put a cup next to the bed. "

"Check-in was great. Every staff member from front desk agents to housekeepers were friendly and great. I liked that they allowed us to store our bags in the secured closet hours before check in so we could go on and about. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For some reason the "veggies" I got in Amsterdam the night before gave me the munchies so I'm thankful for the vending machine in the lobby. "

"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. The east side of the hotel is close to a very busy road which is either a good or bad thing depending on whether you like a gentle traffic hum at night or not. The only big downside is that you dont' access via the front of the theme park which means you don't see the awesome park entrance."

" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. The welcome and customer service was overlooked and despite my efforts to highlight my misfortune I was met with arrogance and rudeness - don’t judge this property on just pictures!"
