The charming detached holiday home De Egel is perfectly located between the dunes and the center of Oostkapelle, just a stone's throw from the beach. Spend your days walking the beach, enjoying the sea air or exploring the nearby city of Domburg. The huge garden and terrace are ideal for enjoying the sun and relaxing. In the spacious, light-flooded living-dining room with a large TV and open fireplace with a view of the greenery, it can be endured well in winter and summer.

Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage (Rundum sorglos)
Die Kommunikation mit der Argentur per E-Mail war ausgezeichnet. Zeitnah werden E-Mail bearbeitet und ich bekam jedes Mal genau die Informationen, die ich angefordert hatte. Das Haus ist in einer perfekten Lage und hat viele Annehmlichkeiten. Direkt vor der Haustür verläuft ein Radwegsystem. Es sind gerade mal 700m bis zum Strand. Der Ort an sich ist nicht überlaufen. Domburg ist überlaufener. Zwei Einfahrten, eine Garage mit Durchgang zum Garten, eine Gartenhütte stehen zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist hervorragend mit Günbewuchs umschlossen, sodass einem die Nachbarn und niemand von der Straße auf den Teller schauen kann. Das Haus hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung. Der Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich ist sehr groß und Tageslichtdurchflutet. Hier und auf der Terasse haben wir uns am meisten aufgehalten, wenn wir im Haus waren. Man sieht aber, dass die Immobilie hastig hergerichtet wurde. Sie ist erst seid kurzem im Besitz der vermietenden Agentur. Aber ich habe schon in Erfahrung bringen können, dass diese Immobilie Anfang 2021 saniert wird. Ähnlich wie das Haus "Het Zeehuys". Mit Pool und sehr schicker Ausstattung. Im Haus sind folgende Annähmlickeiten vorhanden... - Senseo Pad-Kaffeemaschine - Föhn - Staubsauger - Spülmaschine - Gasherd - Waschmaschine - großer Fernseher (aber wer will in den Ferien großartig Fernsehen schauen) Alle Geräte funktionieren und haben wir auch genutzt. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Ich hatte zwei Kleinigkeiten angemerkt. Innerhalb von wenigen Stunden kam der Eigentümer, nach kurzer Rücksprache vorbei und hat die von mir angemerkten Dinge beseitigt. Einfach klasse!!! So gehört sich das. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Freundliches Haus mit viel Platz für Freunde und Familie
Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer Familie und Freunden in Oostkapelle verbracht. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber und aufgeräumt, es schien frisch renoviert zu sein. Ich vermute, dass das Haus bis vor kurzem noch ein normales Wohnhaus war, dementsprechend großzügig ist die Aufteilung gegenüber reinen Ferienhäusern. Wir mochten die Kombination aus moderner Einrichtung und älterer Bausubstanz. Ideal ist die Garage zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder, im großen Garten steht noch ein Gartenhäuschen mit einem Grill. Wir hätten hier gerne mehr Zeit verbracht und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
