"To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well. "

"The location on the mountains is something we first were a bit afraid of, but we were immersed by the calm and exciting atmosphere. The only thing was missing for our family was an air conditioner, but you will be good with opening the windows at night. It was great 👍"

"This was an amazing place to stay we could not have wished for more. Gorgeous place, all amenities, very clean brilliantly laid out and a new breathtaking view every morning. Stunning does not begin to describe the views! Local walks are in fabulous forest lots of different tracks and routes to walk/cycle. Minor issues sorted out with excellent communication from Clive.Neighbours who help look after the property, they even put our rubbish out for collection..Will definitely be returning. "

"This was a great property, especially for the price. Super clean and thoughtfully set up for travellers with much storage, places to hang towels and wet clothes, etc. If you are in older traveler or not in good shape, I would avoid the rooms with the loft beds. We had no issues with the steep steps to the bed, but could be hard if you are not physically fit. "

"The Chalet was better and nicer then described. Pictures do not do it justice. If you are going to Rogla area look no further then this Chalet. It is by far the best of the best in the Rogla area. We had friends staying in other Chalets in the area and they did not even come close to how nice this is. The owners are wonderful and willing to help with anything. "Adjacent a main highway, but the traffic noise wasn't bothersome for us, though it might have been if you wanted to leave a window open. The breakfast area seemed a little too small for the number of guests, and in particular the coffee machine was a real choke point. Great location for exploring. "Gostilna pri Janezu is a real gem. Everything was excellent, and we are certainly coming back. This is a beautifully organised modern building with tasteful decor. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves some amazing home cooking. The staff are kind, helpful, and multilingual, and they make sure each guest is treated like a king.
