"We booked for a trip to Northland as we hadn't holidayed there in over 40 years. Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Our hosts were very obliging and we felt the unit was very homely. "The view of the harbor from the 2nd story porch was very picturesque - the noise from the boats or the ferry never bothered us. There was a general store nearby for some supplies, but most shopping required a bigger store. The location was near enough to Paihia for restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking.
