"It is walking distance to the Chatuchak Market which was nice. Also not far from the train. There are not very many restaurants that are walking distance. Everyone was friendly and helpful. "Very clean hotel. From Suvanabhumi Airport, we rode Airport Rail Line (Red) for 5 stops to Patchaburi Station. Then changed to MRT (Blue line subway) for 9 stop-ride and got off at Kamphaeng Phet Station and walked to the hotel. Our room rate did not include breakfast and we paid 220 THB per pax for buffet breakfast. Very nice breakfast too. The receptionists can also call Grab Taxi for your transports."

"Don’t choose the room facing Union Mall which is extremely noisy. There are some bars nearby with live bands which stopped singing until midnight. However the location is good because it’s next to Yothin MRT Exit 1 and 10 minutes walking to Lat Pharo BTS & Central LadPharo Shopping centre. The room and bathroom size is reasonable even for 3 of us. I will be happy to stay with this hotel next time. "

"We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "

"The exterior and interior of the building are beautiful. There's no lift, have to walk up and down 4th storey high to my room. The bed and pillows are not so comfortable to sleep on. Location is far away from town, not near to the train. Not much of eateries around the place, but they have a indoor mini cafe that operates during day time. There's a 7-eleven convenience store nearby. The host is friendly and helpful."
