Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable, across from shopping and restaurants. Cons: Old, dirty floors, shower goes from boiling to freezing. Overall feels like you’re staying at a friend’s old house. Not terrible but also not the best.

There was hair everywhere, in the shower in the bed on the floor. Long, short all different colors, I’ve never seen anything like it. Good price good location, cleanliness to be desired

Very large and comfortable room, with two large beds and a sofa that apparently is a sofa bed though we (party of three) did not open it. Three chairs, a round table and a desk, making it possible for us to use laptops to do some work. No clothes hangers in the closet, and a missing bulb in the bathroom light fixtures. Easy parking. An older motel in a convenient location. Overall, an excellent value.

This was the most dirty hotel room I have ever been put in. There was literally human hair all over(bed and ottoman), human handprints of unknown substances in the bathroom (I'm pretty sure some were CSI covered fingerprints)and other substances wiped on walls around the room. Staff came and helped with the A/C immediately before we checked the room. We quickly changed and left for a concert. We came back and decided the room was just too dirty to stay in. They said since I didnt report it immediately, I wouldnt get my money back. I took videos, and still might call the health department. It was the grossest thing I had ever seen. We didnt even stay. I dont usually review anything, good or bad, but this was quite literally the worst. We wouldnt sit on anything, take our shoes off.

After a 4 hour drive there were 2 homeless people sleeping on the premises then Shady people which looked like they like they were wobbly and looked like a dealer. It was nothing like the reviews or pictures on the website. -we come to CA monthly for Dr and dentist apt and chose this one because I grandkids were sick at Christmas so we were arriving early to take them to breakfast- since this was non refundable and had presents in the car. I did not feel safe so we drove away and went to another hotel (Embassy Suites) every monthly hotel receipt for the last two years, but will never come here and I think it’s a shame. Totally false advertisement. So late night arrival then inconvenience of finding a last-minute hotel so disappointed. I think thank you should really refund and send somebody there to verify my statements. I just hope you don’t market families for Disneyland. Thanks -Kathy with OCVIP travel

They ask you to pay $20 in cash as a deposit. They return it upon leaving. There’s no reason for it. This is a substandard hotel and property. The room charge was $109. That’s overpriced

Disgusting; Dirty; Don’t risk it

Not as advertised Photos are definitely photo shopped Bathrooms are scary Bed stains are scary Light switch covers are scary Nothing about this stay was pleasant. It was too late for me to leave so I slept on a towel on top of a dirty sheep as dirty bedspread I did not shower. I had to give them. $20 cash deposit When I went to check out early no one was there at 8:30am I tried contacting hotels.com to get one night of my $ back since this place is uninhabitable. No luck.

Nice stay

It was great that it was renovated. Missing- peephole for door, luggage rack, slip mat for tub (could be slippery). Fridge and microwave were locate under the closet bars so you couldn’t hang anything and there were no hangers anyway. Otherwise it was a nice stay for under $100
