"Nice place for a short trip. The neighborhood was ok and quiet. We could hear the neighbors through the walls but that’s to be expected in a townhome. Everything was clean. Nothing extra with this unit so make sure you bring things like coffee! Overall clean, comfortable place to stay. "

"Place was very dirty when we arrived, late on a Sunday evening. We guessed that someone had been living there and had packed up their things, but nothing got cleaned. The sheets had been slept in, the floors were dirty, and there was an incredibly gross sponge in the kitchen sink. We stayed that night (ew) and called the property manager the next morning. She wasn't willing to refund the remainder of our stay, but sent out another cleaner to "re-clean" the place. She didn't tell me to leave the...

"Great location and layout for our family of 7 in town for a family wedding! Ample parking, all the amenities, including a coffee bar, ironing board, and arcade game! Very clean! Would highly recommend! "

"This is a very nice property and the owner was awesome. Would definitely stay again with a large group. The two baths were great. The beds were comfy, with clean linens. Nice touches like black makeup towels, lamps, the hot tub, and the arcade. May be a midwestern thing but 3 Cleveland rentals and they don’t provide dish clothes or towels, and measuring cups, and dish soap, so be prepared to bring your own or go shopping. "Medical reasons to be in town, owners were great with flexibility and communication! Place is cute with eclectic decor. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I highly recommend staying here"

"Everything was great, only thing I did not like is I messaged the owner asking for early check in and never heard back so I could not check in early. The other thing that was surprise is the cost was affordable on vrbo then once I booked or was about to check out I realized the cleaning fee more than doubled the cost of the room and we were there for less than 8 hours total and the cleaning fee was more expensive than the overnight rate. "

"Great spot to crash at for 6 people after a show at the Winchester! Had some issues with the door lock code to get in and the owner answered the phone and worked through it with us over the phone and via text. Very responsive. We loved the living room and all the separate bedrooms were so nice to have "

"My husband and I both agreed that the room was exactly as described. It really was perfect for just the two of us. The bed is SO comfy! We booked it because it has a fitness room included. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were central all the places that we needed to get to for the week. The host was responsive to our messages, and we appreciated some of the details, like the bottles of water in the mini fridge. Would recommend!"

"We had a fantastic visit. This property was great for our multigenerational family. We took advantage of the large yard for the kids to play, the lovely dining room for family breakfasts. Great stay and wonderful to be able to comfortably stay in the same house!!"

Surgery stay

"My mom just had surgery and we needed to stay in town another night when she got out. This hotel was exceptional! We had a suite to relax in and they were so accommodating. Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommend!"
