Good: There was a singing room for singing. Amazing views to the mountains from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Breakfest was good and the staff spoke Italian and perfect English. Improvements: I wish staff would speak Finnish language.

Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out.
