Unpleasant manager; outdated rooms, which look nothing like the online photos; old mattresses; no towels, no bed sheets and no toilet paper (this is something you have to pay extra for or bring your own). "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

"House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. Access to the property was by quite a few steps...
