The house is set on the waterfront with a magnificent view of the mountains and we spent many happy hours sitting on the veranda admiring the view and dipping in and out of the sea. "This was an amazing getaway with my husband and we loved everything about it. The family that owns this hotel was phenomenal. It is so beautiful and surroundings with the gardens and flowers are outstanding. So many things to walk to an amazing restaurants all around."

Amazing Villa with Great Views

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were just perfect. There were organized beaches and tavernas in Rovies and outside of Limni. We went out every night to different tavernas and had a great time. You do need cars to get around, but driving was easy (except downtown Limni where I think the roads were designed for donkeys). We would all highly recommend this villa for large groups. There was plenty of space for people to relax together or apart if someone needs more space. The airconditioning worked wonderfully even in August. Elena and Sokratis were great to work with and very responsive. "

"Terrible,we arrived at 12 am and there was no one to great us. No email was sent for late check in. Me and my friend had to find another accommodation in the middle of the night .. nearly had to sleep in the car … I heard management changed. Really unprofessional and want a refund "
