"A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

"We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. "

"I stayed with my significant other for 3 nights to drive to Ruoff for concerts. Clean place tastefully decorated. Nice bedding and towels, well stocked with cooking utensils and smart tvs. It was quiet in the neighborhood and we never saw the neighbors. We used the grill and the outside space was cute. We took our 20 ft pontoon to go out on Morse Reservoir and there was space for parking it. I can tell the owner cares about the experience and we would return."

"This location was central to everything. Yes, it's a little noisy but we knew that going into it, and really, the noise isn't all that bad. They are up front about it. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Worth a look!"

"My daughter and I stayed at this lovely place while we got settled into her new apartment for Ball State. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. All furnishings and paint appeared brand new. My only suggestion would be an add baking pan or two as I was unable to find one. I will definitely stay again for future visits to the Muncie area. "

Traffic on the main drag was a bit heavy at times and also at above average rate of speeds making it somewhat worrisome when having to get to our vehicles with smaller children in our group. "Very good stay for the price. Breakfast was good; they had biscuits and gravy; a lot of places don't have any protein except milk for cereal. No waffles, though. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the mattress was firm, which is good if you like that."
