It has ample parking, but is within walking distance of the town centre with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the island, but was equally brilliant for just spending a lazy day around the pool. The terrace has amazing views, particularly as the sun is setting. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a small shop just a couple of minutes drive. It is however a reasonable walk from town (30+ minutes) but a quick easy drive. "A lovely contemporary villa for four with a shared pool overlooking the port of Bastia . Spent a week exploring this beautiful mountainous region with visits to St Florent and Cap Corse . Found a local sandy beach great for swimming and sunbathing. Visitors need to be aware of the steep climb to the villa itself and driving over the mountain routes which offer fantastic views.
