"Restored farm house in the countryside in a farming area at the foot of the Pyrennees, very quiet and surrounded by farming area, saw a fox, many birds of prey, and some deer. Close to golf courses and famous TdF cycling routes (about 15 minutes by car). Wifi works well, hosts were very friendly and helpful. About 15 minutes from shops, restaurants etc. we enjoyed our stay, far away from the crazy world!"

It's the perfect location for just sitting and staring out over the valley below to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in the distance OR as a base camp for great bike rides, hikes and marché hopping. The only warning, applicable mainly to US visitors, is that you are expected to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Highly recommend; we hope to return soon!"

"Overlooking (arguably) one of the most beautiful valleys in the French Pyrenees, this was a great place for our holiday with three generations of extended family. "For the last 16 years, I’ve stayed at Best Western Beasejour when I do my pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is very convenient as it is right across from the Gare de Lourdes (train station) and only a 15 minute walk to the shrine. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It also has the best restaurant in the Haute Pyrenees, Le Parc restaurant. The staff, especially Madam at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Whether you are a family with children, friends, pilgrim groups, couples or solo travelers like me, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lourdes. It is truly the “Best.” "

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."

Great little hotel

"From the friendly texts with entry codes and other information, through to the clean and well equipped accommodation, this place is a great little hotel. Located opposite a swimming pool, and the Agnes Varda Cinema, it couldn't have been more peaceful. Couldn't even hear the goats bleating from the surrounding hills! Have stayed here before. Will stay here again."
