It consists of a living room sunny from morning to evening (living room, dining room) and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and separate bathroom.
On the floor large solarium with deck chairs and garden where you can enjoy a sea view.
Outside not overlooked with small garden, terrace with electric blinds, private pool, all equipped with a table, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.

My wife and I had a very relaxing week, we hired a car which I feel is a must. The villa was amazing it was clean and modern. With lots of extra touches. And had some basic cleaning materials and food condiments which was great. Even the bottle of Prosecco and water was much appreciated. Communication with Rachel and Evette was excellent. Evette met us at the villa to show us round she was very informative and friendly. We will definitely return.

We have been trying to stay at Rachel’s villa for the last few years but it’s always fully booked but we managed to stay for 4 days as there was availability in between other bookings. The villa is in such a quiet area and we had stayed a few doors down in a bigger villa a few years back and had the most relaxing holiday ever. This time was also relaxing and the villa was all we needed. Rachel was great to communicate with always ready to answer our questions and Evette and her assistant made sure the villa handovers were easy. Thanks Rachel and team!

Amazing property!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Communication before, during and after with villa owner and check in agent was superb, any issue or question was answered immediately and with ease. Even recommendations for places to eat, visit, shop were spot on and very helpful. The villa was immaculate upon arrival with the added touches of water, cava, toilet rolls. These were so helpful as we had children that were in need of the toilet and a drink before we were able to go shopping. The villa has everything anyone could want or need for their stay. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of different pans, pots, dishes and cutlery. Full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a dulce gusto machine. The bedrooms were both good sizes with quality beds, mattresses and pillows. They contained plenty of storage and had bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and blankets. Both bathrooms were clean, modern with spacious showers and excellent water pressure. For us as a family the ability to wash clothes was a must. The machine at the villa was really good, accessible and fast. But the Cherries on the cake for us was the luxury of having the use of the heated swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and the sun deck on the top of the villa. All were amazing and just made us feel like we have our own little slice of heaven. Especially as the villa is very private and feels safe. There is also your own parking space off of the road.

Fabulous holiday
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in a beautiful villa. Having your own pool was a bonus. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. La Finca restaurant was only a 5 minute walk away which had excellent food and would also recommend the crazy golf/restaurant which was only a 10 minute walk away. If we stayed again we would hire a car to better explore the area as the beach and resorts are not easy accessible by foot. The nearest supermarket was a 20 minute walk. Evette and Rachel were great hosts and even left us a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this villa.

A lovely villa!
We stayed in Rachel’s villa for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a small, quiet urbanisation with it’s own parking space. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs close by (within walkable distances) but, ideally, you do need a car to get to the bigger supermarkets, shops and beaches. The quality of decor, furnishings and overall presentation of the villa was beyond what we were expecting. Rachel was communicative and helpful, without being intrusive and we were made to feel that both she and Evette (who met us for the check in and check out) were on hand, should there have been a problem. They appeared determined to make sure that our stay met our needs, which it did! Our dog was with us and it was great that there was a small park opposite the villa, where we could take him for small morning and evening walks. (Just to say, a 5 minute walk away is a very friendly restaurant called La Finca which serves great food and is recommended for, along with the tapas, the best fish and chips we have tasted.) Overall, we have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a couple, a small family or 3/4 friends and would absolutely return. We have been taking long term winter breaks in different villas in the area for 4 years and this one gave us the comfort, privacy and quality of holiday accommodation we have been looking for and the one we would definitely book again. Thank you, Rachel. You have a little gem!

Lovely little place
Had a lively stay here October 1st for 7 days. Its set back a bit from the main town which we like, there check in was flawless and easy. A lovely lady called evette, got early check in as nobody was here prior to us coming. It was clean and there was a bottle of water and cava in the fridge along with a few essentials. There is an Iceland / waitrose few minutes away, (20min walk) where we could get big bottle water. (8litres was around 1 euro) a lovely little cafe / restaurant called la finca, a 3 minute stroll away, that do the best fish and chips. Would ideally need a car to stay here as we did. The pool was great and clean. Do have leaves etc blow in there sometimes but there is a net to get them out. Neighbourhood is quite, lovely solarium. Bbq which we didn't get round to using. All towels sheets etc were clean. Can't really fault this place, would stay again and probably will in the future. Any problems or queries I messaged and was easy to talk to Rachel. It's ideal for most places location wise around 50mins by car from alicante and 45mins from mercia. You're never to far from anywhere we have been all directions from here with ease. Fabulous stay and thankyou for your hospitality 😊

Just had the best experience in this villa spotlessly clean, will be back
From start to finish this villa was brilliant, great check in process and great communication with owner. We both have fairly stressful jobs and it was just bliss to relax here, after a note so good stay in April in La Zenia, this place is spotless if you have high hygiene standards. From start to finish great, also La Finca that's 2 mins away great fish and chips or popping for a wine or beer. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful modern villa, everything We needed was catered for. Good local shops near by especially slainte Irish pub amazing vibe and food. very quite neighbourhood. pool was amazing too. Definitely need transport to access beach and further attractions. Evette was super helpful as was the property owner Rachel. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at this modern villa, the host tried to cater for your every need and it was very private. The support and information provided was extremely good and host (Evetta) was welcoming, warm and friendly. There were a few minor issues such as a huge stain on sofas and bed uncomfortable which I’m sure would be rectified. It is essential to have a car, a few supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance but awkward to get to as there are not many sidewalks. Overall we would definitely stay and recommend to others but would prefer to be closer to the beach and easier walking distance to amenities.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday!
The villa, located in a peaceful area, is tastefully furnished, comfortable and very well-equipped. The outside area is peaceful and the roof terrace a lovely sun trap. The heated pool was really enjoyable, too. Evette was waiting for us when we arrived and took time to explain everything about the property while communication with the owner was also quick and easy. There are shops and restaurants close by and many beautiful beaches within 10 -15 minutes drive. La Zenia shopping centre is within 10 minutes drive and has a wonderful variety of shops. I highly recommend this property. We certainly hope to return. In fact, I have also stayed at a similar, larger property belonging to the same owner in the same area and had a very enjoyable stay there also.
