A few things would have improved the property by there being a 'welcome pack' of basic food, a kettle and for bathroom towels to be provided. Property owner was very helpful . "We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

Wonderful Stay

"We had a terrific stay at Ken and Shona's rental. The house was full of character, very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet and scenic neighbourhood. As cyclists, it was a great spot to launch a bike ride from with countless quiet backroads that were picturesque beyond belief. The house was close to all amenities and it was easy to busier roads/highways to travel to other towns and cities such as Pau, Bayonne etc. The pet donkeys were a special treat and we looked forward to seeing them in the mornings while drinking our coffee in the backyard. Shona and Ken were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house!"
