Completely redone, this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home includes a large kitchen with amenities, vaulted living room ceiling, and an open floor plan. Guests have access to wireless connectivity, 3 TVs with HD channels, DVD, and free phone access domestically. Stroll outside and enjoy the large heated pool under a completely screened patio. Only minutes away from Disney in a quiet, gated community with a large recreation center including two community pools, a spa, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. A few hundred yards from your front door, find a boat ramp, BBQ pits, and pier. NO PETS / NO SMOKING.

Getaway for a week
We loved the peace and quiet we experienced at the private pool. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Master bedroom mattress could use a refresh but everything else was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The home was very comfortable with nice private pool. There were also 2 community pools and a hot tub. We would suggest a King size bed with a firm foundation as the Queen in the master bedroom jiggled a lot when one person moved. Good laundry facilities and all the utensils one would need in the Kitchen. The dishwasher was nice, but was not very good at cleaning things as many had to be hand washed after the dishwasher cycle. The property manager was very responsive to all requests. Nice quiet community.

We enjoyed this property! It was in a great location and close to the parks-about a 20 minute drive! Shawn and Celine were so helpful the week we were there. They answered pretty quick, even when Ian was coming through!

Disney Christmas Stay
Property was clean, very centrally located, took us about 22 mins to get to the Disney parks. Property was clean, mattresses could use a little updating but beds were still sleepable,, didn’t go out in the pool, would stay here again if we come back. Property manager was very informative about electric outages that happened during our stay as well which helped us prepare somewhat for no electricity for a few hours one of the nights we stayed. All in all we had a great trip

Pool was amazing!!
The house was clean, though dated. It had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool was the best part of the home! The location was a bit further from Disney than we’d anticipated, however the community was gated and felt very safe!

Clean, nice area with nice neighbors, felt very safe, communication with owner was great. Just read everything about pool and heat. Nice, clean, roomy, had games, books, etc. Would stay again. Close to everything but far enough away to have some quiet time.

Place was clean and spacious. The pool did take 3 days to heat up, but was still enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked. There was a lack of adequate amount of towels and washcloths as we had to wash them twice during our 5 day stay, but there were plenty of beach towels for the pool.

Great Little House
We had a wonderful time I Florida. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and it was close to all store for amenities. We loved that there were board games there and our kids loved the pool. My only suggestion is for home management to make sure the remotes have batteries as some didn’t and the games didn’t have any pens so we bought some and left them for the next guests. Other than that, everything with the home was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again.

Overall very happy 😊 Had different issues that were addressed promptly. Communication was very good. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very quiet & friendly gated community. Loved the pool! Kitchen/carpet could use a deep cleaning. A big thank you to Shawn for kindness. We would love to stay again if we return to the area.

Quiet neighbourhood
Lovely quiet community. House was great for our family of 3; it had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic! There was lots of fluffy bathing towels and nice pool towels available. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and was happy to be in sunny Florida while it snowed at home in Canada. Shawn and the property manager were both excellent to deal with. I think this property is priced appropriately for the location, size and condition of the home.

Beds suck
Nice property but if your driving 1100 miles and doing parks everyday not a good option for rest. The beds are so uncomfortable you can’t get a good nights rest. This for me is important because days are long and lots of walking at parks you need a good nights sleep.

Wonderful experience
The owner of this property was so accommodating! I had 2 situations come up ( nothing to do with the property) and the owner responded immediately and helped with the situation. Property was cleaned and all we needed for the week. Travel was 20-30m from everything we needed. We visited Disney, Universal, Walmart and Target. Strongly recommend this property!

Accommodate very good although the picture on the website is sooooo out of date. It looks nothing like the advert picture as it’s been painted a dirty green and the front lawn is very overgrown and unappealing. We passed it at first not recognising it. I really want to thank the management, especially Celine. She went above and beyond. We lost our luggage for 7 days and she was helping us everyday to track it. Thank you.

4.5. As the computer ad made us feel that the lake and park would be in our back yard as we had in some of our previous rentals. Also We had a handycap w us so rental had someone rake leaves to edge of yard which blew back in. And I don’t know how Shawn pays for upkeep, but even pool person was only there 2..

The beds were old and squeaky and not comfortable. There was only the bear minimum of anything provided not even a spare roll of toilet paper and there was only half a roll to start. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and gross.

Great vacation home
Check in was easy and we got in earlier than expected…thanks!! Home was well stocked with utensils, dishes, towels, pool towels and beds were comfy!! Kettle didn’t work but they sent us a new one without issue. We asked for something to clean the pool but it never arrived while we were there - hopefully be there for next vacationers. Having the private pool after a long day was a great asset. Washer and dryer on site was great to be able to wash clothes and towels!! Location was about 30-40 minutes from the parks which was great!! There were restaurants close by which was great to grab a quick bite to eat. Some aspects of the home could do with some upgrades but we only needed a place for at night so it wasn’t a big deal. An in-depth cleaning in the off season would be be beneficial as well!! Overall we had a great trip.
