The Only Exception

The only element not included is pool heating. If you desire outdoor pool and hot tub heating (recommended between September and April), it's available for an additional $45 per night plus tax for your stay. From the Orlando International Airport, it's a 28-mile drive to the Vacation Villa, taking approximately 30 minutes under normal traffic conditions. The recommended route is via I-4 and 417.

Disney World is a mere 12 miles (20 minutes) from the Vacation Villa, reachable via exit 62 on I-4. Universal Studios is approximately 20 miles away (30 minutes).

Venturing further, the Kennedy Space Center lies about 70 miles away on the Space Coast (east of Orlando), while Port Canaveral Cruise Port is around 72 miles away on the East Coast of Florida.

To navigate, consider renting a car or van, utilizing Lyft/Uber apps, or utilizing Mears Taxi service.

The second floor features seven bedrooms (3 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin) and four bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are shared between rooms. A lounge/living area with a large TV and cozy sofa sets provide more space for relaxation. The game room, located on this floor, is perfect for Pool/Billiards enjoyment for both adults and kids.
