Experience luxury at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with private pool, high end finishes and designer furnishings at the Retreat – an eco-friendly community located close to all the major attractions (now only 5 miles away from Disney thanks to the new connecting road). There is a master on the main floor with queen size bed and luxury bedding and furniture and a connected full bath. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a king size bed, luxury bedding and furniture, a walk in closet and dual vanity master ensuite. Your kid’s will love the special children’s room with custom Mickey Mouse mural and dual bunk beds. You will love cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and waterfall edge quartz countertops. At the end of the day take a dip in the private fully screened in heatable plunge pool and enjoy sunshine all day long with the unit’s west facing orientation. A dream home!*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The property was very clean and perfect for the week. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the bed were not comfortable. Other than that the property was great.

Great little town house
We enjoyed this cute little town house which was great for our family. My only complaint is that they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the rest you have to buy if needing more. Which isn't all that bad. But they don't even give you one full roll it is whatever is left from the previously tenants is all you get. I do believe one full complete roll should be provided. This rule was also for the trash bags which that one I disagree with. I think more should be available as large families tend to fill up one bad rather quickly. But overall it was an enjoyable stay and we will likely book again when not on Disney property.

Really bright and cherry with outstanding interior decoration
Had a great stay in this very roomy townhouse. The rugs could use a shampooing as there were many brown dots in all rooms. The internet was very weak to the point that WE had to call Sprectrum who found a cut cable outside and had to replace it. No help from the office with this problem. The photos on the site showing a view from the back deck shows a empty field. When in actuality there is now another townhouse there. The privacy was limited.

Awesome rental great condition well maintained
Great rental perfect space for our family of 5 for our Disney/universal vacation. Driving times were for all parks 30-45 minutes. Beds were comfortable in all rooms, a/c worked awesome our only issue while we stayed was the Soa temperature issues to hot, to cold sometimes however management responded immediately with resolution to issue each time. Home was in a well maintained neighborhood and very clean!

Short Disney vacation with little kids. 3 adults & 2 kids.
Approximately 14 miles from Magic Kingdom door to door. Took us 30 minutes to get there in the morning on a weekday. Unit is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood with modern furniture. It was very clean. Plenty of space. We did not feel cramped in any way. The splash pool is good for little kids. They had enough towels & utensils. What we didn’t like: These are minor gripes: The WiFi username for unit was not clearly displayed. We had the password, but not the WiFi username. We had to unplug the WiFi multiple times to see which username appeared & disappeared to figure it out. Since it was after hours, we couldn’t call anybody to figure it out. The after hours number is for emergencies only. No salt, pepper or sugar in unit. The bed downstairs was not supportive at all. It would totally sink & move with any little movement.

We have stayed at this property several times as is is close to our family. We always find it clean and very nice. The only draw back for some may be its location off of St Highway 27 but it has never been a problem for us. Would stay there again.

Great property
This is a great property and we enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was some paper work exchange with property manager. I called them a few days before our arrival about early check in and they said we haven’t even got your paperwork for your stay yet. They claimed to have emailed it to me but I couldn’t find the email anywhere, so they sent it over and we got it completed. I did get an email with info about property which i thought was all i needed. However, I’m. NOt sure what would’ve happened if I did call about early check in because no one ever called to say we sent some paper work but never got anything back. Would I’ve shown up without a place to stay? They said the door code wouldn’t have worked with out the info. A little more communication other than we sent you an email would’ve been nice. I called on a Thursday for a Sunday check in, they are closed sundays and most the day Saturday l, so there wasn’t much time left for them to contact me.

Home Away from Home
Beautiful home. Listing as described. I forgot it wasn't wash cloths in the home and had to run out and buy some. Saw nats flying around the kitchen area several times but kitchen clean. Might possibly be the garbage disposal as I saw them mostly in that area. I would recommend this home to any one. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I made a service call about the toilet and shower in the kids bathroom (Mickey room) and they came out right away that same day while we were at the parks and they made sure to call and email the results. Don't look any further, book here.

Awesome condo
Everything was great with this condo, except the location was a little far. The manager responded to any and all inquiries in a very timely manner. It felt like this condo was very far from everything as you have to drive through a pretty big neighborhood before reaching the condo development. Overall, we still enjoyed our time here. The private pool out back was perfect for the kids. The community pool was under construction, so we had a pass to use the neighboring community pool. We would definitely stay again.

Modern Vacation Home
Overall, I appreciate the modern feels and decor of this home. It was conveniently located near many stores and the beds were comfortable for our 5 night stay. There were a few minor repairs needed however, the toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom was loose. 2 of the vertical blinds over the sliding doors leading to the pool came down unexpectedly and there were no washcloths or dishrags in the home. The couch was freyed with a loose button as well. Also, the recycling can was filled to the brim from the previous guest. When calling the owners, we received immediate calls back and everyone was polite and helpful. I would come back! Everything appeared to be new there was just a few hiccups.

nice, updated condo close to Disney parks
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Almost everything we needed was there. Restaurants and shopping were very close. Disney parks were within 20-25 minutes of condo. One thing that was missing was wash cloths. There were plenty of towels but no dish rags or washcloths. Also, some of the blinds were missing from the window by back patio. There was still construction going on close by but there wasn’t an issue with noise.

Beautiful property, not far from Disney attractions. Lovely splash pool. One thing that was disappointing was that we paid for early check in at noon..however a gentlemen claiming to be the inspector knocked on the door around 3 PM and was rather rude. He said, “Ummm you’re aware that check in is not until 4 right?” Sooo I’m not sure that he even knew what was going on or actually inspected the property! My husband then told him we paid for early check in...and he acted like we were not supposed to be there. Even with trash in bags, animals still tear it out. These minor issues did not lessen our vacation experience though. Yann was very professional, and the home is very beautiful! It looks just like the photos. There is minor wear and tear, but nothing major as long as guests will do their part to help keep it looking great!

Lovely spacious town-home close to Disney
Our family of five had a very comfortable stay in this lovely town-home. The decor is very relaxing and colorful. There were plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We never used the pool but it looked like a fun place to splash about. The location was very convenient. We were about 25 minutes from the Disney parks, 35-40 from Universal, and grocery stores and restaurants were within a five minute drive. Operators were quick and courteous with questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The neighbourhood was very quiet and seemed to be very family oriented. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great stay in a great property!
Great experience.. very nice furnishings and very clean... beds were very comfortable fresh crisp linens with tons of extra bedding.. proximity to Disney Parks was great less than 15 min to any of the gates.. the community was quiet and very close to grocery shopping.. also right at the entrance is a great little restaurant called hurricanes which was great for late night eats.. very satisfied will definitely stay again..

Beautiful house, community under construction
The house is spotless, just as shown in the pictures. The community as mentioned is still under construction, the day after Christmas we were delightfully awaken by a ginormous machine pouring concrete in the foundations of the future across-the-street properties. This is, of course, temporary, and when this community is completed is going to be a very good option. You have access to the clubhouse in the neighbor community, as theirs is not built yet. The location is not the greatest to access Orlando Metro Area or Kissimmee, but is convenient enough for Disney, the community itself, and the communities around are very quiet, clean, and there's a lot of people around. The garbage disposal system for the community is working properly. My reviews tend to be very through and at times, kind of "strict", I don't go around giving 5-stars to every place I visit, and even though we had this issue with the monster machine, we had a great time. The pool, on the smaller side, was a delight for my kids, we were lucky enough to be there before the creeping cold and cyclonic freezing thing hit the US East and it was a lot of fun, the house is so comfortable, TVs in every room plus a very big one in the living room, great TV channels selection; is so convenient to have three ensuites, even though the bathroom attached to the queen room downstairs have hallway access as well, three full baths for a large family, great, the bathrooms size, great, the kitchen furnished with everything you need to whip up a nice meal, huge fridge, comfy furniture, the beds are top quality, was hard to wake up in the mornings (except for the "monster machine" day, lol), the kids room is so cute, with the Mickey decor and large bunk beds. But at the end what makes this property is the management, Yan is one of the best property management people we've deal with (and we have our history), we had an issue with a blind in the main room, and the next day it was resolve, I sent emails with questions, and even it was Christmas I always got a prompt response. I reccomend this property to those who prefer to stay in the quiet, and not in the burst of Mayhem, but still want access to everything the area has to offer. And please, everybody who stays there, make an effort to keep it neat, it will be worth it.

Excellent!
This property was just as pictured. Beautiful, clean, & modern. It was about a 20 minute drive from Disney World. We loved having a private pool that we could take late night dips in after returning from a long day at the parks. Would definitely stay here again.
