Indian Creek villa's interior was designed by one of Orlando's leading designers. Your party will enjoy all the comforts of home and more: large private pool with equipment and newly built games room, wireless broadband internet access provided free of charge, telephone with free local and Interstate calls, family area with TV , beautifully equipped kitchen with electric cooking range and microhood, 2 large master bedrooms with en suite, TV/DVD, and 2 twin rooms sharing a 3rd bathroom (COT/crib also available on request ). All this and only 3 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes from a golf course and 2 minutes from a shopping center. This villa is located at the Phase 1, part of the exclusive Indian Creek complex.



Indian Creek Luxury Villa: The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The community includes children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, putting green and jogging path. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

The community is a tranquil oasis in which to relax by your private heated pool after an exciting day out visiting the many theme parks or shopping for bargains in the many stores and outlets. The community includes children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, putting green and jogging path. Our villa is fitted with a monitored Alarm system for your convenience.

The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are a total of 5 televisions, one in the lounge area and one in each of the 4 bedrooms all having access to multi-channel cable television.

The accommodation : The accommodation consists of large lounge area beautifully furnished with both 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and chair, coffee table and occasional tables and large cable television and video. One of the sofas provides a queen size bed settee. The room is exceptionally bright and relaxing with 2 skylights in the roof allowing the sunshine to stream into the very heart of the room, making it exceptionally inviting.. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate formal dining area which provides the perfect setting for that special meal.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with solid wood cabinets, pantry, large cooker, built in microwave, extractor, automatic dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer and automatic icemaker and waste disposal unit. In addition to this there is a separate laundry room located off the entrance hall with large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, Iron and ironing board.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional separate dining area.

Amenities: The pool area is fully screened and has a large sundeck furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. The kidney shaped pool can be heated if required [Please note - there is separate pool heat charges for heated pool request] and overlooks the garden which is fenced to the rear and lined with palm trees. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening as the sun sets behind the palm trees.

This was a really good location for getting to all the Disney and Universal locations. The place was clean and had what we needed. The only minor drawback is the mattress in the master bedroom slopes out on both sides.

Great Visit!
We were in Orlando for a Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. This home was perfect for the 7 of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have our own pool for those hot summer days. Everything was so smooth and effortless. Thank you for your hospitality and would highly recommend this unit!

Spacious pretty house
The house was very clean and well equipped. Every room looked very pretty and towels in the bathrooms made it look like a resort. Very nice screened pool. Conveniently located at 5 minutes from a Walmart. Close to all the theme parks. Great place for a family to stay.

Good value rental
My first impression when I checked in was negative. A few items need to be replaced -- outside light and inside chandelier bulbs burned out, the overhead garage door wouldn't open, the high traffic areas of the carpet were very dirty, and one of the toilets was not seated properly. I contacted the property manager, and all of these items were addressed quickly. Working with the owner, we were able to share the cost of installing a pool rail so my disabled wife could use the pool. The property is not very handicapped-friendly, but we managed/adapted with some minor difficulty. Mahesh, the property owner, and I communicated well, and it was a pleasure working with him.

Clean House with Great Location
I stayed in this house with 6 people for the Disney Marathon weekend. It was a super short drive to the park and very close to restaurants and stores. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy check in process as well.

Good place close to Disney.
The house is pretty clean. There were some little ants but overall all the stuff you need is in the house. The mattresses were really soft in the queen beds. We slept most of the time on the twin beds because those mattresses were much harder. I would give them 5 stars if the mattresses were harder. The house is located close to Disney and in a nice neighborhood. Walmart and restaurants are very close. I would rent it again if the mattresses are changed.

Beautiful but bad experience
The house was beautiful and in a terrific neighborhood. Property better than pictures shown. We loved the house. However the bedroom furniture was cheaply made and falling apart and owner wanting to charge me for bed falling apart.

I have rented many condos and houses in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area over the years and this was one of the worst experiences. Upon arrival there were things that were not acceptable for the cost. The first thing was the lighting.The outside light was so dirty you can not see the lock pad. The lights in 3/4 bedrooms had stems missing and you could not turn those lamps on. The carpets in the bedrooms were light coloured and quite stained. Not welcoming for cleanliness. Then the worst part was entering the kitchen. There were colonies of ants all over the kitchen counters, bathroom counters and bathtroom floors.The owners were notified and had an exterminator come set traps Faceclothes were limited total of 3-4 I believe and no dish washers clothes. Only dish dryers. One of the beds the sheets kept coming off and we had to buy new sheets of a better quality. The bedroom with twin beds you are unable to access the closet as one of the beds blocked the door.They only left 3 dishwasher pads and a party of 4 or more you would need more. We paid 30 dollars extra for pool heat and had to report that this was to be turned on Saturday of our arrival but a part was broken and we didn`t get use until Thursday at noon. We left early Saturday. They did give us the money back for the pool charge. A shower handle got stuck on hot which meant we also had visits from plumber, electrician gas guy, property manager and of course the exterminator a few days before. No compensation offered by owner

Best location, great value for money
This villa is minutes out of Disney in a quiet, safe, pretty estate. Checking in was very easy! Sure somethings in the villa could do with a bit of updating/TLC however for the cost compared to others in the area it is worth every penny! It is spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool is clean and a decent size and well maintained. The air con is lovely in the intense Florida heat! The owners are easy to reach and communication is very helpful. Highly recommend! We are a family of 4, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

What an absolutely fantastic house and host. The house is big enough to sleep around 10 people and a baby if you have one. The master bathroom is incredible. The house isn’t super fancy but it is beautiful and spacious. I never had any problems contacting the owner before our stay and they offered suggestions of places to visit. Anything you need in a kitchen they have. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 2 tables to eat at. Nice size tvs, a lovely living room with a decent sized pool right out the living room door. There is a washer dryer and dishwasher, coffee pot and all the normal kitchen appliances and cookware a person could need. Plenty of towels. And the property is in a safe quiet neighborhood literally just minutes from shopping, dining and all kinds of theme parks and things to do. I can’t love this place enough. Easily in the top 2 of places I have ever stayed. Great place to take a family. My 3 boys also loved the place. Thank you for your hospitality I hope to stay again someday

Overall the stay was not enjoyable due to ants found throughout the house. On bathroom counters as well as in the microwave. Had to constantly worry about ants gettingn in our food. The garbage disposal did not work at all, and you could see something in there. A smell came from the sink. The sprinkler system was crazy when it came on it was like a fire hydrant shooting out water . In the front and back . When we we leaving the property the sprinkler system kicked on and totally soaked us . You couldn’t lower the air conditioner unit below a certain degree or the unit would freeze and when it’s in the high 90’s outside you really want to feel cooled off when inside the house . The only thing that saves the house is the close location to where we were going. Would not stay in this house again.

This property was great for us. Size, location, cleanliness was good. The property could use a good deep cleaning. Not saying that the property wasn't clean at all but you could tell it's been a while. I own a cleaning company ran and cleaned by myself only. So the dust built up in the corners of the burbur carpet is hard to get with a regular vacuuming. And the stains from traffic in and out of the carpeted areas only could use a good steam cleaning. House and pool deck needs pressure washed. But still EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. We had a great time and enjoyed every bit of our stay and this property. Thank you so much.

The place was the perfect size for our stay. However, the property needs some work. The patio and the house in back need a good Power wash. The pool needs to be cleaned more than once a week. The carpeting really needs replaced in the bedrooms. They are very stained. Otherwise the house is clean.

Wonderful Winter in Florida
We had a great time at this home. It is in a nice neighbourhood, close to everything you need. The house was clean and the owner and property manager are very easy to deal with. The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the heated pool. Everything is exactly as represented. Hope to return again someday. There are ample supllies for making family meals (dishes, pots, pans etc).

Well laid-out house well equipped with great appliances and confortable beds.Pool was great and pool heat very efficient.A few minor issues with dirty carpets and dirty fencing around the pool as well as tears in the pool screen allowing a bird and a rodent inside the pool areaVery nice host.
