Luxury Villa With Private Pool And Spa In West Haven

Our luxury villa with a private pool and spa in Orlando is in a great location, situated within a 15 - 20 minutes (traffic permitting) drive from Disney World in The Abbey at West Haven. Shops, restaurants and a petrol station are all within a few minute's drive. Very convenient access to the I-4 to get quickly to the major attractions and nearby is US27 with more shops and restaurants. The gated community of The Abbey at West Haven is one of the most sought after locations in Central Florida. It is approached by a wide, lushly landscaped main boulevard lined with palm trees. Villa guests have access to the community centre with a large communal pool, tennis courts, gym, volleyball court, and table tennis. The community is located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway between US27 and the I-4 in a beautiful and quiet area, but convenient for all the parks and attractions.
We have a fantastic Large Pool Deck that faces south with nice landscaping around the perimeter of our wide corner plot.
We are constantly investing in our villa to keep it up to date and to provide our guest with the best experience.

Internet upgraded to 1000mbps
Outdoor loungers have been professionally refurbished.
The pool has been converted to a saltwater chlorination system. This makes the water much softer on the skin but still kills bacteria.

Save your money, stay somewhere else
There are loads of great options for villas in the greater Orlando area. This is not one. We have been to Florida many times and stayed in many villas. This was a special occasion for us and were left devastated. Overall, the villa itself is tired, dated and in need to drastic attention (in pretty much every area). There had been a surface clean, but beyond that the place was pretty filthy. The villa was covered in bugs during our stay (issues with windows and doors that are in need of servicing). We had to buy basic amenities such as a frying pan as there wasn’t one. However, the biggest issue was the air con. When we arrived it was clear the air con wasn’t working. It was blowing cool in some areas, and blowing hot/tepid in others. The control panel did say that it required a service. When I informed the owner of this direct, they just didn’t message back. I phoned the property agent many times, and when I eventually got through she was dismissive and rude. She said she would “send someone over” but she didn’t bother. We had two weeks of hell. We had to purchase our own fans. The owner didn’t bother to check on us. I can only ascertain they didn’t want to spend any money. It was awful. Be warned - they also charge you for pool heating without you knowing or asking prior (not required in 35 degree heat). All in all, a complete disgrace. Please don’t waste your money - there are great options out there, this is not one.

Spring Break Vacation
We were very pleased with the house and its contents. It had everything one would expect to find in this sort of rental. It was clean and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub did not get very hot during our stay. We were told the pool was heated but may not get very warm due to the seasonal temperature which was ok with us but we did want the hot tub to be a little warmer. Thanks for a great stay.

Highly recommended.What we saw online is what we found upon arrival, awesome. Top notch Cleanliness,perfect lay-out, phenomenal hot tub and heated pool that took aware tiredness at end of each day.All family members loved it and have plans to keep coming back in this home. The community is beautiful, quite and has a top of the line recreation center. West haven is closer to all attractions, srill far enough to stay out of traffic congestion and all food delivery services happily service this area. Full marks.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 winter months. Property location for privacy, security, convenience to restaurants and grocers was great. Property owner and maintenance company were responsive in taking action to remedy issues; however, there were 2 persistent issues, both relating to the spa - a pool filter overdue for a change which caused the spa jets to stop working, and the pool heat circuit breaker frequently tripping when in the spa mode until replaced finally after 2 1/2 mos. The salt water pool and spa were wonderful, once the above issues were taken care of. The south facing lanai area was larger than most, had shade across the entire back of the house from the porch roof, was private, quiet and had very comfortable and new lounge chairs.

Disney Holiday Villa
We have visited this villa twice this year & had a fantastic time! Great communication with the owners & Property managers. The minor things we needed help with were dealt with easily & promptly. This villa is close to all the main parks & shopping/restaurant facilities are only a short drive away. It is in a quiet street setting which is perfect to relax in after being at the parks during the day. We definitely will recommend this villa to others & Hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazing!
We stayed 13 nights. It was nice to actually relax while on vacation because it was peaceful. The location was amazing. Everything we visited was only about a 20-40 minute drive and that included i4 traffic. Dee from the property management was very responsive and any issues we had were handled in a timely manner. Of course our toddler got sick the night before check out and Dee was able to move some things around which allowed us to stay one more night to allow him to feel better before we hit the road for our 20 hour drive back home. She even checked in to see how he was. Thank you for everything! We appreciate it and can’t wait to book again for our next trip!

A Great Property For A Disney/Orlando Vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay in this property, as it is in the beautiful gated subdivision of "The Abbey" in West Haven. The property is very nicely furnished and is equipped with everything one would need for a villa vacation. The pool faces south and is completely private and not overlooked. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute drive and Disney World is a mere 20 minute drive away. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa, great rates!
We spent 11 beautiful, sunny days at VillaKristall. The pool was heated and we used it every day, even after temps dipped into the 30s one night. The villa is in a quiet, secure gated community, just a few miles from the theme parks and very convenient to markets and restaurants. Villa was well stocked with kitchen necessities and provided hand soaps, as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid for handwashing pots and pans. The property manager, Dee, was very kind and helpful. We were so grateful that the owner provided unlimited phone calls as our cell phone died the 3rd day we were there. This is a spacious home, perfect for families, and the security system made us feel safe during our stay. Thanks, Mr. Draper, for making our visit safe and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay, great location, nice pool and Hot tub!
This is my 9th stay in orlando - and have stayed in villas ranging from Haines City to Formosa Gardens. Short story- this villa is great value. I have seen others with slightly nicer interior going charging for a lot more. I am bemused by some of the comments from other property renters regarding location, and cleanliness as both were fantastic . I found Lee, Steve and Dee to be very accessible, very helpful if there were any questions around the property- but also beyond that when it ranged from where to get Covid testing for reasonable prices. The location is fantastic - timeframe to reach Disney depends on whether there are road works occurring (which is out of the control of the property owner) as that can double the time - however we hit Disney on 7 days and it generally took 20 mins to get there. The house itself is situation in a quiet road, some restaurants, fast food, publix very close by. The Property itself - clean, actually I think the photos don’t do the place justice, it was better than the pictures The rooms are of a good size, huge master bedroom with attached en-suite. The heated pool and the Hot tub were excellent, kids enjoyed the games room which has a pool table and Table football. The entertainment system also had Disney plus and Netflix which made for great viewing later at night. I would have no issues staying there again

Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

Only problem we had was A.C was too cold at night time. And property manager came into our vacation home thinking no one was there. We were told that her husband went inside because pool guy could not get in due to screen door being lock near pool area. Total bullshit. Why didn't they call me concerning this matter. You just don't enter a residence without calling the person calling you if you are the person renting it for a whole week.

We were very happy with the home and would go back in a heart beat! It had everything our group of 7 (2 families) needed and is located in such a beautiful gated community. The short drive to stores, restaurants, Disney and SeaWorld was great! The screened in area with large lania, pool/hot tub and half bath outside was such a wonderful luxury. The kids loved this more than anything else on our trip! All the neighbours fencing allowed good privacy. The home owners were always so quick to reply to any questions we had and all the necessary info was available in the home booklet. Great experience all around! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Generally Good but In Need of Investment.
In terms of value for money you can’t really fault this property, however it does have a few issues where some are minor but others not so good. On arrival the property stands out with a great plot, although overlooked by properties to the rear it’s not a concern due to high fencing erected by neighbours around their own yard. This blocks any direct view apart from intentional and and being a gated community you do feel secure. However there is evidence of a prior break-in or attempted break-in where you can see marks from a pry-bar having been used at the master bedroom door on both sides, a security bar is in use to prop the door fast. Which prevents you from using this entry to the property, indeed there is signage asking you to only use the kitchen area doorway to the pool deck and also not use the living area route to the pool either. No doubt to protect the carpet which could do with a good clean, there were several stains evident particularly when viewed from above. I would not go as far as to say the villa is neglected but it certainly needs more attention / investment spent on the details, such as the trash can being burst (exterior) which isn’t good in a warm climate, brochures for Wet ‘n’ Wild in the handbook which closed down years ago, no batteries in a remote where the [select] button did function regardless, cable TV only being available downstairs and other than which the screens were rather small in the bedrooms. The drawers in the master bedroom are difficult to fully close and can easily fall out. The front door is warped and the rear patio door from kitchen (the one you are allowed to use) is stiff and comes off the slide rail, considering you need to open / close it any time used due to an annoying audible alarm which has been opted for rather than a pool fence etc., being a former owner we knew of an effective workaround. The pool heat was on but the temperatures are not as they should be, with the spa overheating and the pool not enough and whilst uncertain of the HOA rules it seemed rather early for the system to shut off at 8pm. We also found that the pool skimmer was not removing ‘floaters’ effectively. The kitchen needs new appliances and the fridge in particular is a disgrace, most door pockets are missing and it's quite old. The coffee machine has seen better days, no chopping boards etc. A villa with great potential which hasn’t been invested in as it should but by no means to be avoided.
