Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Paradise Woods

Our immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a private pool (pool heating available at extra cost), spacious living area and full air-conditioning. The south facing extended pool area is fully enclosed to ensure privacy and is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day at the parks. Our villa is ideally located on a prestigious gated community just 10/15 minutes from Disney. We are 5 minutes from the excellent Champions Gate resort and there is a good selection of shops, restaurants, and food outlets in the local vicinity. Highway 192 with a wider range of restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes drive. The villa also includes free WIFI access, cable TV (3 televisions), and a games room. We have received many positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the villa, which is looked after by our locally based Management Agent.

Very Happy. Enjoyed our stay!
For our family of 4 this house was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. The host was fantastic and answered any questions we had very promptly. What more could you ask for? We hope to return again next year.

When we arrived it was super easy to get in due to the fact that they send all the information needed before you even start your trip. As we entered the house it was super clean and well stocked to accommodate everything you would need for not only adults but small children as well. They even have a safety gate and alarms on the doors so you know if a child has exited the door to the pool. The pool was super clean as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find as well. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends and family.

Communications with host were excellent. Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Layout of house makes everything roomy. Plenty of drawers/closets and cabinets to unpack and feel like home. Child guard around pool needs some repair. I would like to stay again and bring my grandchildren after that is done. Great place to stay for families…great location…. about 20-30 min to Gator land, Sea World, Universal, or Disney.

Great villa, with a perfect location. It felt like home. Kitchen had everything you need. There was bath and shower towels and pool towels, so didn't need to bring our own. Dishwasher tablets were supplied as was washing up liquid. Every bed was sooo comfortable. So much info was in the books for the local area and parks which was so helpful. We loved this villa and would love to come back. The hoeats were amazing, helpful and so friendly. We will be back! Thank you

We have stayed in villas on previous trips and Paradise Woods was on a par with the high standard of others we have stayed at. What made this booking different was the speed of communication with the host Paul. On the odd occasion i had a query the response was back normally within 24 hours if longer always an apology for the delay. As i say the villa was of a high standard and close to the main roads leading to Disney and the rest of the attractions. This was our granddaughters ( 8 & 10) first visit to Florida and they loved the place but most of all the pool. I would recommend this villa for your holiday.

We were very pleased with the rental house. It was very clean inside and out. I think our favorite part was the private pool! It is VERY private. You can’t even see the neighbors, and they can’t see you while you’re in the pool. I do think there could be a few upgrades made. Like the coffee maker. The coffee filter basket doesn’t stay in, so we got creative and taped it. Maybe swap it out for a Keurig. There wasn’t enough storage containers or salad/cereal bowls, and maybe add a couple mixing bowls and a platter or 2 for putting hors devours on. Other than that, the place was great and I’m considering booking for next year. Oh, and anytime I had questions, Paul was always so quick to respond and very kind and easy to work with!! Thank you for a great place to stay!! 😊

Nice place however a visit from the pool company for a quick pool vacuum and or the property manager would have been appreciated to check in with us. It’s understood there are quite a few bugs around however a vacuum could have been done midweek to alleviate such issues. Thanks

Would NOT book again.
This review is based solely on our experience at the property. With that said, the property is not maintained as it seems in the picture. Lawn and pool were lacking maintenance (lawn not cut in some time and pool was dirty). Trash totes were full upon arrival. Walls and ceilings around intake vents were covered in black dust. Sofa and comforters were stained. We battled bugs (ants and roaches) the entire time. To the point we left 4 days early and moved to a hotel. This property has the potential with some updates and improved property care. It is not conveniently located to Disney… with the traffic during a “slower than normal” crowd it takes 30-40 minutes on average.

A great vacation
The house was perfect for our getaway. The house itself is beautiful. The pool is a little on the small side if you have a lot of kids, but perfect for a couple or small family. Check in and check out was seamless, with no major issues. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space to unpack. The only issue we had was with the dryer. The tumbler doesn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal, since we had packed as if we weren’t able to do laundry (we discovered the issue on the last day).

Fantastic villa and an excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and had an excellent holiday. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything (and more) we could need, especially when travelling with a young baby. The villa is in a great location for the parks and is in a nice, quiet area. Paul was always quick to respond to our queries and questions and was extremely helpful. He was also very understanding when we needed to rearrange our holiday twice. Communication with the management company was also excellent and they were very helpful. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful home for families
The home was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any communication. Vacationed with my family of 4, which includes two small children. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and clean. The grill was used for a cookout and the kitchen was just the right size for cooking our meals all week. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Winter Escape from Michigan weather.......
My adult son and I enjoyed perfect weather for our winter stay in Florida. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to concerns we had. The house was spacious and pretty much handicapped accessible as noted in the listing. (Just need to be able to do a "wheelie" through front entrance door and back doorway.) I gave 4 stars due to heavy, noisy traffic behind house & furnishings need to be updated. We enjoyed the close proximity to Champion's Gate and Sunset Walk in Margaritaville.

We had a family break for 10 nights. There was plenty of room for 3 wild kids to run around and the pool was fantastic too burn off some of their energy. We had an issue with the toilet and the management company was speedy and kept us updated.
