Had to change rooms after unpacking as we were given wrong room that was under renovations. New room was dirty. Floor and bathtub dirty and clothes from previous occupants still in closet on the floor. When we complained they said that they did a “tidy” the day before and that they won’t come and clean the room. We have stayed at Mystic Dunes multiple times and each year the resort as a whole is getting dated and they aren’t keep up the maintenance.

The family planned a Christmas get-together where well could meet from different states. After some searching, we came across Mystic Dunes. We were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The staff was great and the rooms were very well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the other amenities.

The only suggestions I have is more hanging hooks in deluxe bathroom. My biggest disappointment was there is no hot tub on the property. Very inconvenient

This was a perfect place for our family of 6. The apartment was very large and we loved the comfortable beds, large master bathroom and spacious living area. Shopping was close by so getting groceries and preparing breakfast before the parks was easy and we loved being able to pack lunches on the go for a day out too when we wanted. The location is a short drive to everything Disney. The pool was warm, even in December! The poolside bar staff were friendly. Really all the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience of having the washer and dryer too! Definitely less wash to do when returning home. Guests were also friendly and down to earth. Our building was quiet. All in all, it was a great, comfortable, clean and inviting place to stay while being budget friendly and close to the Disney Parks.

Was not what l was looking for. Ugly buildings, view is of a swamp. You need to drive to everything. Restaurant was limited. They don’t have an in room phone and they never pick up cell phone calls. Hardly any staff on property. Didn’t feel like driving to pool so didn’t enjoy that. Just slept and left for the day. Resort fee a waste of money.

Overall the property was good for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing that I was concerned with was the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet and floors were very dirty, and the bathroom sinks were not clean. This made me wonder what else housekeeping wasn’t cleaning.

This was our second stay at this particular Hilton property. The staff were professional, accommodating, informative, and wiing to aceess any issues immediately. The only drawbacks were the room cleanliness of our suite. I stopped my wife several times from sweeping debris throughout the suite. We had to change our socks several times our first day walking on the floors. Mainly in the corners, bathroom, and common areas. We found hair, dead bugs, and a huge spider and web in the top corner behind the entry door. We were unable to agree on a time for the custodial staff to come clean the room with our schedule. I hope someone reads this and identify the issues before another family stays in the room.
