Tillies Town

Tillies Town is a 4 bedroom villa Encore Resort with 4 bathrooms vacation home packed with fun for all ages! Dive into the swimming pool, chill out in the spillover spa, play for hours in the games room, watch movies in the home theater and fall into bed for a sound night’s sleep in one of the themed bedrooms.

Ideal for 9 guests, Tillies Town is a sleek contemporary villa with bright open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with pool views. Tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished it provides an amazing base for your Kissimmee vacation within 10 minutes of Disney theme parks.

This fabulous 4 bedroom villa Encore Resort at Reunion, is on one of Kissimmee’s top resorts. There’s a huge lagoon pool and Water Park, restaurant/bar, sports courts, video arcade and more. It offers an amazing stay including a free shuttle to all the Disney theme parks. What more could you wish for?

Lower floor

Tillies Town is a really comfortable home-from-home with tile floors and plenty of windows providing ample natural daylight. The generous sofa sectional is designed for lounging in front of the TV after a busy day’s activities. There’s a stylish dining area with glass table and white-and-chrome chairs as well as an immaculate curved breakfast bar with 4 matching white stools.

The kitchen is designed for delivering easy snacks, drinks and mealtimes from breakfast to dinner. White cupboards contain a full range of pots and pans. Sparkling stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and dishwasher make everything super-easy.

There’s a double bedroom on the ground floor with adjoining shower room – ideal for older guests who want to avoid the stairs. There’s also a laundry room for dealing with pool towels.

The garage has been turned into a themed sports hub complete with ping-pong and basketball shooting games.

Upper floor

Tillies Town has two themed bedrooms upstairs for impressionable youngsters. In the twin room, walls and bedding are decorated with Star Wars heroes. There’s Spiderwoman decor in a bunk room that sleeps 3 (twin bed over double). Pamper yourself in the huge master suite with walk-in closet and luxury ensuite bathroom with twin vanity.

A comfy games room/media room is kitted out with air hockey table, video games, Playstation4, X-Box and TV. Get ready for some serious entertainment! There’s a sofa and popular board games along with a Pack and Play for young guests.

Outside Living Space

Tillies Town has an alluring swimming pool with bubbling spa and shallow step for paddling, Surrounded by lounge chairs, it’s the perfect sport to work on your tan.

The spacious covered terrace has a cushioned outdoor sofa, armchairs and a dining table for easy dining Florida-style.

Drake Family Stay
The property was perfect for our needs! A short drive to Disney World. The themed rooms were a huge bonus that made it seem like we were staying at a Disney property but much more cost effective and spacious. The private pool was great and the water park was a nice way to spend the afternoon of our break day. There were plenty of towels and pillows which is a rare find with rentals. My only complaint (which is really not even a complaint but more of a mental note from a mother of accident prone young boys) is that the glass tables made me very nervous. I have a toddler and a four year old and both had close calls with the corners of the tables. So when the time comes to replace those tables, maybe consider a safer option? But that is very specific to our family and might not bother anyone else. And it definitely will not deter me from booking with you in the future!

Perfect location and a family's dream!
If you're headed to Disney but want to stay off property, this location was incredible! The swimming pool and hot tub were big hits with my kids, there's plenty of space in the house, the themed rooms are to die for, and the gaming extras were the icing on the cake!

Great place Nice pool everything clean The only thing the gas grill ran out of gas the first day I was informed they do not supply gas only the grill.she told me it was a four minute walk to the seven eleven to get it filled. I was not going to lug a 20 lb tank down the street. We did'nt really care if we had a grill it just seemed a little wierd.

Awesome house
We stayed at this house with another family, total of 8 people, for a Disney vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was great (about 30 minutes from the airport and 20 to all the parks). It was close to stores like Target, Walmart and Publix. Having a house with a full kitchen, laundry room and private pool was well worth the investment. The resort's water park was awesome and the restaurants at the resort were convenient and food was pretty good. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this house/resort.

The house was beautiful. But all the tv’s didn’t work correctly no direct tv was hooked up as stated and no communication from rental property after several calls! Washing machine didn’t work which was known before our arrival but not relayed to us and when called they stated that it would be fixed once we were gone, which was a problem so after being on a call for over 45 minutes, a loaner was brought in. Also the air conditioner in the garage didn’t work, but they finally came and fixed it. The men who came to fix what they could were very nice.

Beautiful Place
The house was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and big room were great. The pool was heated and nice to relax in. The house has wonderful amenities/games for kids in garage. Great food at the club up the street. We didn’t use the waterpark but it looked amazing. Highly recommend the place. Only a couple of complaints. Not clear on address of where to check in. You have to go to office inside neighborhood and you have to figure out address of security entry. Also, they are not the managers of the house, that’s a different group. You are not really on the bus route of Disney busses, you get a shuttle which would take forever but driving the rental car worked fine. They have very limited supplies. You need to buy coffee, spices, toilet paper, paper towels etc. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in baths.

Beautiful location but the property has not been kept up. We have 3 little kids and bought groceries to save money on meals out- literally why we rented a house. The stove AND microwave were broken. We ended up eating out and having groceries that were spoiled due to unable being able to cook. It took 5 days to repair the stove and we didn’t get the microwave until the afternoon before we left. We paid for a heated pool that was not heated until day 3.. and it was either overflowing or the hot tub was draining. Also the backyard looks over a highway. The number to call simply goes to a Spanish speaking voicemail. It was so disappointing because the encore resort was lovely and the bedrooms were so fun for kids. But all of are calls went unanswered and for the price we paid we feel it was very misleading as we did not get all the accommodations promised.

Good location to encore water park. Water park at resort very nice. Don’t count on shuttle service to Disney parks. Very limited transfer times. Pick ups elsewhere, and traffic Adds to time on shuttle. Ran 45 mins late the morning we scheduled. Not easy with 4 kids. We used taxi. Mowers came through on Friday, blew grass into pool. Maybe my bad, but didn’t feel the need for heated pool in July, didn’t realize the Pool and spa flow into each other, therefore didn’t have “hot” tub. Grill on site, didn’t work. House nice.

Do not select this house. The neighbors on both sides are permanent residents and unlike renters who are given strict rules to follow, they are very noisy. We were unable to enjoy the pool because on one side you have a neighbor with a very loud bird and barking dog. Also, read the fine print carefully!!! You are not provided anything for your stay! No toilet paper or hand soap in the bathrooms. The last thing you want to do upon arival is to go shopping for the basics. I have never stayed at a vacation rental home that is not fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags and don't forget to buy laundry soap because they are very skimping on the amount of towels provided. Also, this property did not have any lounge chairs around the pool.They were in the pictures but not at the property! Do your research and ask questions. Each bathroom must have a FULL roll of toilet paper and hand soap. Also, they require you to strip the beds upon departure! Absolutely disappointed in this house. We noticed it's in escrow, hopefully the new owners will think about the basics for their future renters or if they plan to live there, good luck with your neighbors!!!! Maybe it's the property management company that needs improvement, but the owners should be aware that guests are not being provided the basic!! On a positive note, the Encore property is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The pool area is very nice.
