Orlando is very car friendly. I recommend a car to get around to restaurants, shopping and other activities.
Uber/Lyft are available and cheaper than parking fees at theme parks.

Unlike a hotel, we do not have full time staff on location. Please note that you are staying in a private unit in a resort. We contract a cleaning company to service our property and supply a limited amount of paper product & consumables (e.g. a few rolls of toilet paper & kitchen towels, small soaps, etc) before your stay. We do not resupply these items during your stay and kindly ask that you supplement paper products & consumables for your needs. There is pharmacy & grocery store in walking distance for resupplies.
Daily cleaning is not part of the nightly rate. Additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels, are available for a fee.
The photos are of the actual unit, however, we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.

The small closet in the third bedroom ( with the single beds) has been converted to a service closet and is inaccessible to guests. There are large closets in the other two main bedrooms.
Our property features a temperature, humidity, and volume sensor located in the living room. This allows us to monitor the health of the air conditioning unit (temperature and humidity) and to prevent unauthorized parties. The device does not record sound (voice) or pictures.
The air conditioning does not have a heater, however, we have extra blankets on demand for the 3 nights of cold weather per year.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable for the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.
Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Vista Cay Resort. This includes the pool areas, BBQ areas, gym, play room, and sports courts. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with Vista Cay Resort representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities. Any disruption to the hours and/or availability of an amenity during a guest stay does not constitute valid reason for a refund.
We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
I'm almost always available by email and phone, Debora will be available if I am not.
I contract a local cleaning company and maintenance person that are available for emergencies.
The front door can be opened with a key code - no more keeping track of keys. Your family can go different ways during an outing without worrying about who has the key!
