This beautiful flat with stunning views is located in the Vistamar II building, just a few metres from the beach and a couple of minutes from the Mercadona supermarket.
It has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, as well as two sofa beds in the living room with capacity for two people.
It also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It also includes a dishwasher, wifi network, air conditioning and a parking space on the premises.
The building also has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with a separate bathing area for adults and children and the entire surface of the pool area with grass, parking for bicycles and a children's area with swings and rubber flooring for the youngest members of the family.
