The hotel room and staff were great, but there is a homeless encampment right out front of the hotel. Someone was peeing right outside my vehicle upon checking out. Do not walk around the area. It was dark and scary with much suspicious activity.

I really likes this new hotel. Very, very clean and nice staff. Nice spacious rooms. Stayed here while visting Lake Oroville and would def stay again. They have breakfast and located right off the freeway. Can't go wrong.

I liked the comfort of beds and pillows, cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. There could be more parking space. I didn't like the smell of the towels, the sliding door to the bathroom that allows anyone to peek through the sides and the sticking your entry cards in a slot to power up lights.
