Great hotel with breakfast included super close to Vatican City. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend just be warned that all the rooms are lined with tile, so you can hear the upstairs people move about the hotel. So, if there are busy body nighttime people, you might have a tough time falling asleep! Otherwise, great hotel and would go again, but it does attract a younger more active (at night) demographic.

"Our family was in town for a celebration of life and the Livingston Lodge gave us a quiet place to come back to and enjoy the silver lining of being together in a beautiful location. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned and the host & caretaker were both amazing."
