"Hi We had a lovely time at the Gurkan apart hotel , it is close to town , the apartment was lovely and bright with everything you needed the washing machine very handy, the family were lovely and papa can pick you up from the airport for a very good price, would definitely stay again we enjoyed our stay very much "

"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"The hotel itself was fine for a night or two but the bathroom was in a bad way,, the shower head looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The trim around the shower screens was black in places.The bathroom door did not shut & the paint on door was peeling . The staff were very nice & the hotel is in great location. The breakfast was fine ,eggs,cheese, meats etc. The pool area looked nice but we didnt use. Really need to update the bathroom,, if it wasnt for the bathroom I would stay again as everything else was great value. "

"Excellent river edge and town centre location. View from the roof top breakfast area is outstanding. However, spoilt by no reception desk, no one to greet on arrival or departure. No public information regarding breakfast time, the local area recommended restaurants or excursions. Room was very clean and refurbished to a very good standard "

"My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but it’s possible to get the quiet(er) room away from entertainment. Staff is welcoming, helpful & patient. Fitness instructors are fun and engaging. Hotel manager is always around and approachable. Top tip: ask to show you on the map where your room is in relation to the bars/music, the further the better "
